Chief Emeka Itum completed his primary education in Eluama Primary
School and joined Agams Technical under Shell BP where he obtained
American Petroleum Institute (API 1104) in Welding. In 1971, he joined
Wilbros as an X-ray Welder and was promoted to Welding Instructor in
1974 . He spent four years on the position and trained over 300 X-ray
Welders. In 1978, he was made the Assistant Superintendent and was sent
for both Offshore and Onshore Flowlines and Pipelines Projects and
acquired experience.
He was trained on Hydrocarbon fabrication in Oil & Gas Projects. He has 46 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and has successfully Directed NIBCO Engineering limited till present day.

Chief Joseph Ogbuagu
Managing Director
Chief Joseph Ogbuagu completed his Secondary education in Eluama Secondary School Abia state.
He went to the United kingdom June 1968 for some business exchange. He later relocated to Italy for Business.
He joined NIBCO Engineering Limited 1974 as a Shareholder / Managing Director. He currently has 46 years experience in the Oil & Gas
Okechukwu Mbeyi
Project Manager (Lagos – Ota Region)
He holds a B.Eng in Polymer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri., Imo State.
As a certified, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) officer from the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP) and having attended many courses on pipeline/flowline engineering and construction.
He started his journey into the Oil and Gas industry in 2003 at Contrust Engineers LTD, Port Harcourt. Prior joining NIBCO in 2007, he worked at JN counsel Tech LTD in 2004 and quickly rose through the ranks to become the project supervisor.
Mr. Okechukwu is currently a project manager at NIBCO Engineering company. He has contributed to the steady growth of NIBCO into being a foremost oil and gas engineering and maintenance services company in Oil and Gas industry over the last 13 years.
Today, Okey brings over 15years of seasoned and practical Engineering, pipeline design & drafting, project planning and managerial acumen to sustain the leadership, vision and guidance that has positioned NIBCO to it’s present status in the Oil and gas industry
He is happily married with kids.
Nwazue Nduka Ogbuagu
Project Manager (PH – Aba Region)
He competed my secondary school education in Airforce Secondary school Port Harcourt 2002, obtained his First degree in Mechanical Engineering in Federal University of Technology (FUTO) Owerri, Imo State at 2008 and Masters Degree in Controls and Instrumentation Engineering in Coventry University United Kingdom 2012. Upon the completion of his Masters degree, he joined Brose Limited United Kingdom from 2012 to 2013 as a Control Engineer. He later joined CICO Engineering limited as a Planning Engineer between 2013 to 2016.
Currently he works with NIBCO Engineering Limited as the Project Manager. He has a cumulative working experience of 8 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. He is married with three beautiful children.
Ifeanyi Okonkwo
QA/QC Coordinator
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri.
He also holds a Masters Degree in Corrosion Control Engineering from The University of Manchester, England.
He has worked on a number of EPC Projects in the Oil and Gas Industry as Quality Inspector and Quality Engineer.
He currently works with NIBCO Engineering Limited as QA/QC Coordinator
Onu Johnlaw Uchenna
HSE Coordinator
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in University of Nigeria Nsuka (UNN), Enugu State.
He has worked in various EPC Projects with ERDIS NIG, SURVICOM, CICO Construction & Leasing Company Ltd and some others and has acquired rich wealth of experience.
He has undergone HSE Trainings and obtained certificates too.
